Epiphany is an art-based healing workshop designed to support emotional awareness and self-connection through gentle, collective making. Created as a space to pause from daily pressures, the session invites participants to explore their inner experiences through reflective question cards and collaborative art-making. Grounded in art-based and experiential learning approaches, the workshop prioritises psychological safety, non-verbal expression, and process over perfection.

Sense of Self in School is an ongoing research project exploring how students experience recognition, belonging, and visibility in school. Through collage-making and guided reflection, participants revisit meaningful school moments and consider how those experiences shaped their sense of self. The project uses creative practice as a way to surface emotional stories that are often left unspoken in formal education.
